Indotyphlops braminus, common names: Flowerpot snake or Brahminy blind snake.
I was out looking at my plants this morning and moved a pot and this little guy was underneath it. I held him for a moment, and took a video and then let him go back to whatever he was doing before I got there.
I think that this is one of the happy incidents where an invasive species has improved the ecosystem rather than harming it.
